The home team have 4 wins out of the last 5 whereas Koskenkorva are on a slide and had lost 4 in 5. The head to head favoured Seinäjoki who had won the last 4 meetings. Seinäjoki opened the scoring in the 1st inning with Jukka-Pekka Vainionpää bringing home Juuso Myllyniemi. Before Koskenkorva could muster a response, Jukka-Pekka had scored twice more and Henri Puputti made it 4. Patrik Wahlsten made it 4-1, but the home side hero Jukka-Pekanbaru Vainionpää scored his 4th of the game to give Seinajoki a 5-1 lead that Koskenkorva were unable to overcome. Around the league 10th and 11th July 2019 Seinäjoen JymyJussit v Alajärven Ankkurit 10th July 2019 2-1s (7-2, 1-4, 1-0) Photograph taken from JymyJussit facebook (c) Seinäjoen JymyJussit 2019 This was the first game back for both teams after the East-West break. For Alajärvi, they desperately needed some points to try and lift them from bottom of the table and join the pack above them. JyJu were hoping to put some distance between themselves and Raahe  in 7th in the table. Coming into the game JyJu were in fine form, having won 4 out of the last 5, losing only to the seemingly unstoppable Vimpeli in a tight game (2-0 (1-0, 5-4)). JyJu opened the scoring 1-0, but the lead changed hands several times in the first jakso before JyJu scored 6 runs in the 4th inning with Toni Marjamäki and Mikko Haukkala scoring kunniajuoksu (home runs). Seinäjoen JymyJussit v  Kankaanpään Maila 30th June 2019 JyJu sit comfortably in the top 8 within the table, but were looking to avenge their 1-0 (1-1, 8-6) defeat to Kankaanpää on 6th June. Kankaanpää hadn’t registered a win in their last 5 matches and are in the middle of a pack of teams trying to avoid relegation come the end of the season. KaMa opened the scoring in the first with Miikka Riikonen driving home Kari Kellokoski, after Arttu Ruuska was out attempting to score. Miikka struck again in the second inning, allowing Jouni Itävalo to score. JyJu reduced KaMa’s lead to just 1 run after a wild throw in the third inning meant Henri Puputti reached home for the home sides first score of the game. KaMa extended their lead Miikka Riikonen made it 2 runs batted in for him on the day by bringing Arttu Ruuska home to score in the third inning.
